1. Services
Wizi.design provides graphic design services including but not limited to social media designs, logo designs, flyers, brochures, posters, branding materials, website UI/UX and other visual creatives. All services are provided based on agreed scope, timelines, and pricing.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
- Project details, deliverables, and timelines will be defined before work begins
- Revisions are limited to the number specified in the proposal or package
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
3. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms
- Advance payments may be required before starting a project
- Delays in payment may result in project delays or revised timelines.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, final approved designs will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated
- design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials
- Concepts or drafts not approved remain the property of Wizi.design
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate briefs, content, and assets on time
- Ensure they have rights to all materials provided
- Review and approve designs within the agreed timeframe
6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and revision cycles.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Project cancellations must be communicated in writing
- Refunds, if any, will be handled based on the work completed
- Completed or partially completed work is non-refundable
8. Limitation of Liability
Wizi.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be kept confidential unless permission is granted for promotional use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
